General Information
• I don't take commissions from family members
• Strictly NO REFUND policy (Half refunds will only be given if I have not started sketching/drafting)
• Commissions are for personal use only. Kindly state if you would like to use it for commercial use
• Currency displayed is in USD. Will accept payment through Stripe and Malaysian bank-in only.
• Will start after payment.
• Maximum of 3 characters per slot• I have the right to reject a commission
• I will usually finish commissions within 1 month BUT if anything were to come up I will notify you immediately.
• I will send you the high resolution photo to email provided when I am finished
• For some, I will send you the initial sketch before hand in case you want to change the pose or whatever details. I recommend replying quick for this stage so it is easier to proceed- any delay will affect the art process. I will give a maximum of 3 days to reply. If no reply given, then I will proceed
